Candidate Profile and Required Experience

Applicants need a strong background in economics, climate policy, or environmental studies. Minimum requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience in policy, analytical, or programme coordination roles
• Familiarity with government or multilateral engagement
• Experience synthesising research into structured outputs
