Role Focuses on HR Operations and Employee Experience
As a key member of the People and Culture team, you'll manage employee lifecycle operations and workplace systems. Core responsibilities include:
- Benefits administration and payroll coordination
- HR compliance and personnel records
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Compliance training coordination
- Organizational events and team culture programs
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5β7 years of HR or people operations experience
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Strong benefits and leave management understanding
- Proficiency with HR systems and payroll platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remote Work with Travel Opportunities
While remote, occasional travel is required for staff retreats, team meetings, training sessions, and donor convenings. Most travel is planned in advance.
