About the Team:
The Medidata Intelligent Trials delivery team is seeking leaders to tackle complex industry questions using our proprietary AI platform and advanced analytics. In this role, you will engage with clients throughout projects to ensure the best analytical approach, successful delivery, and client satisfaction, collaborating with key stakeholders in Product, Data Science, Engineering, Data Operations, and Biostatistics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee contracts across multiple cross-functional areas to enable clients to utilize SaaS and custom managed services focusing on AI, modeling, forecasting, and customized datasets for clinical trial acceleration.
- Develop external materials and key messaging to translate technical information for a senior business audience.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customers, enabling them to maximize the Medidata solutions they've subscribed to.
- Translate client clinical trial operational planning and execution questions into creative solutions.
- Contribute to implementing innovative processes, methodologies, and technologies ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exhibit outstanding structured and critical thinking with a passion for understanding complex issues through a data-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in clinical trial planning & execution, preferably within CRO or Pharma Sponsor, focusing on Feasibility and global country planning.
- Experience in the Bid RFP process and decision-making for global trial enrollment strategies, with minimal oversight.
- Conducted data-driven feasibility analyses for Phase I – III clinical studies.
- Utilized internal and external data for developing benchmark assumptions facilitating data-driven program/study timeline projections.
Salary Ranges:
- Positions based in the NYC Metro Area: $135,000-180,000
- Positions based in the California Bay Area: $141,750-189,000
- Positions based in the Boston Metro Area: $132,750-177,000
- Positions based in Texas or Ohio: $118,500-158,000
- Positions in other U.S. locations: $120,750-161,000
Base pay is part of the Total Rewards Medidata offers, including commissions for sales roles and eligibility for annual bonuses.
