Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IFA Administrator. The Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks supporting their Advisor, including managing communications, and maintenance of a CRM.
Qualifications
- At least two years experience within an IFA Administrative/Support role
- Administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS office software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Corporate client experience would be considered ideal
- CII qualifications or studying towards these, are advantageous
