Lead Recruiter

Vallum has been operating for 10 years. What was traditionally a UK/European recruitment firm specialising in the Energy & Utilities sectors has now expanded into a variety of Engineering fields, Financial Services, and Tech, covering the US, Middle East, and Asia.

Now in our third year of US operations (US HQ Boston), our successful Grid Edge team is seeking to hire a strong PermRecruiter from the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) space to help support the growth and establishment of Vallum’s second office location in the US. This role will operate in a 360 capacity, working closely with our US MD and Founder of our US business. Whilst this is an Individual Contributor role, the appetite to scale and build is prominent, so the pathway to leadership is available too.
