We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Finance Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about financial analysis, reporting, and supporting data-driven business decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances and help prepare insights for stakeholders.
• Assist with cost analysis, revenue tracking, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and documentation.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or related internships/projects.
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
