🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards, reports, and visual analytics for business, product, and operations teams
• Translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visual narratives
• Maintain and improve BI dashboards, reporting pipelines, and visualization templates
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business partners to understand requirements
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability in all visual outputs
• Support ad-hoc data exploration and create visuals for presentations and strategic initiatives
• Document visualization standards, data definitions, and reporting processes

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–3+ years)

• Experience in data visualization, BI development, analytics, data analysis, or related roles (internships included)
• Proficiency with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio)
• Strong skills in crafting charts, dashboards, and user-friendly visual experiences
• Basic understanding of SQL or experience working with structured datasets is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret patterns, trends, and insights

General Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
