  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
  • Learn about our product offerings and company policies to inform customers effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to improve service skills

Requirements

  • No prior experience in customer service is needed; full training will be provided
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
