The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic trainer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Key/Main Responsibilities
- Create and design training materials and modules tailored to organisational needs.
- Deliver engaging and informative online-based training sessions, workshops, and/or courses for employees.
- Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adapt programs for continuous improvement.
- Aid in developing and maintaining training resources, materials, and support services for efficient sessions.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one of our organisational areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field OR 5 years of equivalent working experience.
- Experience with hosting online meetings OR events.
- Experience with training culturally and linguistically diverse team members.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and organise meetings / events effectively.
