Personal Assistant

A leading global executive mentoring firm based in Mayfair is looking for a PA to join their small friendly team and support one of their Partners as well as one Senior Associate.

They are a small and lovely team of individuals (most of them we placed throughout the years!) operating at very high level working with very successful mentors around the world.

This is an integral varied PA role with responsibilities which include:

- Arranging meetings and calls both for the Partners and between Clients and Mentors

- Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities for the Partner

- Working closely with the Partner to manage mentoring relationships by booking mentoring sessions

- Updating the Partner on the status of clients

- Handling contractual paperwork and invoicing for clients

- Managing and tracking all active client information in CRM including session bookings and event attendee lists (Salesforce)

-Arrange meetings for the Associates with potential clients and do basic research to prepare them for meetings

-Managing the onboarding process for new mentees and new mentors looked after by the Partner.

- Processing mentor session invoices and chasing any invoices not received from mentors

- Supporting the wider team with business development activities and the organisation of events including Forum Dinners, Mentor Meetings etc.

You will have solid previous PA experience ideally within executive search or mentoring, or within progessional services.

This is a hybrid part-time (4 days a week) role with a day or two a month ideally (or more if you can although flexible) in the London Office.

Salary up to £50,000 pro rata (£40,000) plus benefits plus discretionary yearly bonus.
