At TalentPop, we're growing our team and looking for a French + English Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join us. This is a great opportunity for fluent French and English speakers who are passionate about customer support, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fully remote environment. In this role, you’ll support customers through chat and email, helping resolve inquiries, provide clear information, and create a smooth and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys written communication, problem-solving, and delivering thoughtful support. What You'll Do

  • Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support
  • Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in French and English (written and reading comprehension required)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce or similar is a plus)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • A reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed
