This is a UK remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive HR operations across multiple international geographies
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion
• Design and implement workforce planning initiatives
• Mentor and develop HR team members
• Optimize employee engagement and onboarding experiences
• Ensure rigorous compliance with global employment regulations

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in high-growth environments
• Proven track record managing remote, international teams
• Knowledge of global employment laws
• Expert in HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
