Administrative assistant - Remote London

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Perform general office duties and maintain office supplies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
