Talent Hub is proud to be partnering with an innovative UK-based tech start-up that’s making waves in the B2B space and collaborating with some exciting brands. As the business scales, they are looking to grow their marketing team with the addition of a talented and driven Marketing & Sales Executive.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Marketing graduate with 1–2 years' B2B marketing experience – ideally within the tech or SaaS sector – who’s confident using tools such as HubSpot, CRM systems, and has a solid understanding of lead generation.

🚫 Please note: This is a UK-based remote role. Applicants must reside in the UK and be able to attend occasional meetings in the South East. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from outside the UK.What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Previous experience in a tech or SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and HubSpot
  • Practical understanding of lead generation campaigns and techniques
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to travel to the South East for occasional in-person meetings

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and sales collateral
  • Ensure CRM systems are kept accurate and up to date; extract data to support sales and trade meetings
  • Research and coordinate logistics for events, including costings, venues, and suppliers
  • Help develop branded assets such as pitch decks and value propositions
  • Track and report on competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team
  • Proofread and upload content to the website CMS; support ongoing website redesign projects
  • Report on weekly performance data using platforms such as HubSpot and Lead Forensics
  • Support lead generation activity, including campaigns via platforms like SuperBenji and SoPro
  • Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to tailor campaigns for specific audience segments
  • Keep the marketing activity plan updated to accurately reflect all campaigns and initiatives
