We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance Enterprise Product Management Team to deliver world class applications, operations, and services to support our business, customers and partners worldwide. This role will be a hands-on Sr BA who thrives in defining and building solutions in financial planning, reporting, and data product delivery across Oracle and Anaplan Planning platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and data product delivery, who also bring deep expertise in business analytics supporting complex, multi-functional B2B systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Lead structured discovery sessions with Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams.
· Translate business needs into clear, outcome-driven product requirements.
· Influence stakeholders to focus on solving business problems rather than documenting specifications.
· Own and streamline large-scale product backlogs.
· Drive prioritization using business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder urgency.
· Maintain Kanban boards and ensure transparency across teams.
· Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data products.
· Ensure data products meet the needs of both analytical users and enterprise applications.
· Structure end-to-end testing plans with cross-functional data dependencies.
· Lead UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders.
· Ensure product releases meet quality standards and deliver intended outcomes.
· Manage Anaplan finance implementation and other financial platforms
· Interface with all levels of management, implementing processes and technology that support business value and process efficiency across business and technical functions
· Ensure clear communication of project scopes, timing, prioritization, budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 8-10 years of hands-on and exceptional BA experience supporting product management teams preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
· Demonstrable experience in handling large scale complex and highly stakeholder dependent product launches.
· Exceptional expertise in requirements elicitation, demonstrating ability to elicit underlying customer needs
· Strong experience in driving, documenting and executing business, user, data and operational process analysis.
· Proven experience in Financial Planning (FP&A, Master Sales Planning, Company Planning), Financial Reporting systems and workflows.
· Exceptional expertise in JIRA, creating and managing projects, templates, backlog grooming, prioritization frameworks, and scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
· Exceptional experience in managing and operationalizing large scale E2E testing, UAT, data integration and validations across dependent systems ensuring high-level of automation, JIRA audits and testing standards.
· Demonstrable professional maturity in leadership communication balancing transparency and productive positive outcomes for complex business transformation initiatives.
· Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships
· Bachelor's or master's in engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field.
· Experience with Anaplan is a strong plus.
