About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A leader to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact financial analysis, driving reporting excellence, and guiding business decisions through actionable insights. As a senior partner to the CFO, you’ll translate executive directives into measurable outcomes, lead process improvement initiatives, and mentor FP&A analysts to strengthen company-wide financial planning and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain dynamic financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct variance, pipeline, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Translate financial data into strategic recommendations for department leaders
• Prepare and present KPI-driven financial reports and dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate and aligned budget plans
• Identify opportunities to optimize investments and asset performance
• Review forecasts and planning inputs from analysts and suggest improvements
• Interpret and execute strategic guidance from CFO/CEO across FP&A functions
• Develop and enhance scalable processes within the FP&A team.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience: Ideally in a high-growth, multi-entity environment, while handling complex financial scenarios
• Prior experience in Private Equity or the Professional Services industry (e.g., management consulting, audit, or advisory) is highly preferred
• Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive results
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting tools, and variance analysis
• Expert proficiency in Excel with exposure to a variety of financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan etc.)
• Adept at working at a fast pace while maintaining precision and meeting deadlines
• Skilled at navigating and resolving uncertainties in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with team members and cross-functionally with ease.
