We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Django CMS experience and a passion for clean, scalable architecture to join our globally distributed engineering team. This role will be hands-on in maintaining and scaling a growing codebase while building new features used by thousands of health and wellness practitioners and clients.

Tech Stack Overview

• Backend: Python 3, Django 5.1, Django CMS 4.1, MySQL 5.7
• Frontend: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Tailwind (Next.js experience helpful)
• Payments: Stripe API
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, ElastiCache, Elastic Beanstalk), Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
• Integrations: Google Calendar, Customer.io, CRM systems
• Tools: Git, Docker, Azure Pipelines

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Django-based backend services and Django CMS plugins
• Implement and manage Stripe payment flows (including subscriptions and invoicing)
• Develop and maintain customer-facing booking, scheduling, and product modules
• Work on serverless features using AWS Lambda
• Maintain integrations with external services (Google Calendar, CRM tools)
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions

Requirements Must-Have:

• 4-6+ years of experience in Python and Django
• Solid experience with Django CMS and plugin development
• Experience with Stripe API integration
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL preferred)
• Experience deploying to AWS (especially Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3)
• Familiarity with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team across time zones

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Google Calendar API
• Familiarity with Customer.io or HubSpot CRM
• Exposure to serverless architecture and AWS ElastiCache
• Frontend experience with JavaScript, Tailwind, or React
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, or marketplace platforms
