Marketing Coordinator, Growth TeamReporting to: Marketing Manager, Global Demand Generation

Preferred location: United Kingdom; Ireland

The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing campaigns and program execution. This role will be responsible for assisting with website updates, managing HubSpot campaign setup, supporting email nurture programs, creating social content, and assisting with partner and sales enablement activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in campaign execution and digital content creation. This position ensures marketing activities run smoothly and effectively while supporting the Demand Generation Manager and the broader marketing team.

Core Focus Areas:

  • Campaign execution (webinars, workshops, landing pages, workflows, follow-up emails)
  • Digital marketing
  • Social content creation (video clips, carousels, infographics, event announcements)
  • Email marketing (newsletters, nurture, sales enablement)
  • Website optimization: updates, maintenance, and SEO improvements
  • Community growth and engagement initiatives
  • Global enablement: collaborate with regional teams to create and localize content as needed

Preferred Technical Capabilities:

  • HubSpot
  • Google Analytics
  • Ability to use data to create reports
  • Basic media editing skills to support content creation (Canva, Adobe)

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • End-to-end project management: Support planning, execution, and delivery of a range of projects within the global marketing team.
  • Cross-functional orchestration: Drive marketing workstreams within key cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Process optimization: Champion and refine our project management processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve team velocity, communication, and overall efficiency.
  • Facilitate, plan, and manage timelines: Develop detailed plans, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
  • Communication hub: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders by providing regular status updates, identifying potential risks, and managing expectations effectively.

RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project or program management
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions within go-to-market organizations
  • Experience managing B2B go-to-market initiatives or programs (strong plus)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at balancing attention to detail with strategic, big-picture thinking
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (a plus)
