Snapshot of your day Siemens Energy HR is embarking on a daring journey to construct its own BI and reporting landscape. We are seeking an innovative and dedicated HR BI and Analytics Specialist with a solid background in that domain and a vision to support the business. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of stakeholder management, business intelligence, analytics, and related technologies, including PowerBI, Snowflake and AWS. As the HR BI and Analytics Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving the development of our HR BI and analytics strategy. You will serve as the go-between for IT and business, ensuring that the needs of the business are accurately reflected in our BI and analytics systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a business at the forefront of the Energy Transition. How You'll Make An Impact

  • Join the development and implementation of our HR BI and analytics landscape, including tools such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with partners across the business and IT.
  • Evaluate the fit of existing and new HR processes within the BI and analytics landscape, focusing on cost and time efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and innovations in BI and analytics, implementing improvements to optimize HR operations.
  • Deliver training and support to HR personnel to ensure efficient use of BI and analytics systems and processes.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives related to BI and analytics, helping team members understand the benefits and impacts of changes.

What You Bring

  • A University degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR BI and analytics projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of BI and analytics tools and strategies.
  • Proficient in applying project management and collaboration tools, including Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to serve as a link between IT and business, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Collaborative and proactive communication style, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to working in diverse and flexible environments, with a global mentality.
  • Prepared to work in English language most of the time.
