Our approach blends technology, process excellence and ethical practice to deliver justice efficiently, transparently and at scale.
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an experienced Solicitor (England & Wales) to join our leadership team as the senior Solicitor overseeing the day to day running of the project in conjunction with the Managing Partner.
This is a senior role with real impact. You’ll combine legal oversight, operational leadership, and compliance management in a fast-moving digital environment.

About You
You are a qualified litigation solicitor (5 + PQE) who combines legal rigour with operational savvy.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in mass consumer redress, PPI, or large scale financial-services complaints and know what it takes to deliver quality at volume.
You’ll bring:
- Proven team-leadership experience, including managing remote or hybrid teams
- A tech-savvy, process-driven approach, confident using modern case-management and workflow tools
- A “can-do” attitude and genuine initiative to solve problems independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and high ethical standards
- A strong grasp of FCA/FOS frameworks, CCA 1974, and SRA Codes of Conduct
You thrive in an environment that values accountability, innovation and doing things properly.
Why Join Us
- Take a senior leadership role in a landmark national redress project
- Join a digital-first, forward-thinking firm that rewards initiative
- Work fully remotely with flexible hours and clear performance metrics
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership and influence strategic decisions
- Be part of a culture built on ethics, excellence and innovation
