Comprehensive Project Planning: Craft, maintain, and disseminate project plans outlining milestones, tasks, processes, and risks to ensure timely and budget-compliant system delivery. Specification Expertise: Create thorough project specifications and designs, documenting functional requirements and performance characteristics in collaboration with expert resources. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks, escalating where necessary to senior management for strategic resolution. Resource Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to align resources effectively and guarantee project success. Gatekeeping Excellence: Lead and engage in internal gateway reviews, ensuring all actions are promptly recorded and fulfilled. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear and timely communication to all involved parties, both internal and external, ensuring everyone stays informed and engaged.
