Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent within the Utilities and enterprise platforms sectors. In addition, the role includes developing and promoting employer branding strategies, crafting effective candidate experiences, and providing expertise in interviewing methods while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Close collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams will be required to meet talent acquisition and company growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices.
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding and creating engaging candidate experiences.
  • Demonstrated competency in conducting structured and behavioral-based Interviewing.
  • Deep knowledge of Recruiting strategies, including sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing priorities.
  • Experience recruiting for the Utilities sector or enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle Utilities, Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Will consider equivalent experience with a successful track record.
