Our client is a leading digital assets investment banking and strategic advisory firm advising on M&A, capital markets and strategic mandates across the US, Europe, MENA and APAC.

The Mandate
RecruitBlock has been exclusively mandated to appoint a Marketing Manager (2–4 years’ experience) for a leading digital assets investment banking and strategic advisory firm.
This hire will be the firm’s first dedicated marketing owner, it is a high-ownership builder role.
The role is content-heavy and execution-focused — but held to institutional standards. The successful candidate will work directly with founders, translating complex transaction and research work into clear, polished, credibility-first marketing output.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking and strong presentation standards.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a structured case study assessing:
- Strategic judgment
- Writing quality
- Formatting and presentation discipline
- Ability to push work to the final mile
This is not a junior social media position, nor a VP / Head of Marketing role - it's a hands-on ownership mandate for someone ambitious, precise, and comfortable operating at a high bar.What “Excellent” Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- A disciplined content cadence across LinkedIn, X, website, and potentially newsletter.
- Founder profiles that feel thoughtful, credible, and consistently active.
- Deals, research, and conferences converted into structured case studies and insight content.
- A simple KPI dashboard tracking reach, engagement, inbound, and growth.
- Marketing output that feels intentional, polished, and aligned with institutional standards.
The firm is hiring for someone who pushes work to the final mile — clean formatting, zero typos, sharp tone and strong judgment.
Core ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Foundations
- Audit existing positioning, messaging, and channels.
- Refine ICPs and value propositions (exchanges, funds, infrastructure, protocols).
- Implement a simple monthly KPI and reporting framework.
Content & Channel Ownership
- Build and manage a structured content calendar.
- Ghostwrite high-quality LinkedIn and X content for founders.
- Turn live mandates, deal flow, and research into case studies and insight pieces.
- Coordinate light design support (Figma / Canva / external designer).
- Manage workflow, approvals, and publishing cadence.
Founder Brand & External Visibility
- Develop founder-specific content plans aligned to market themes.
- Build and maintain a target list for podcasts and media.
- Support speaker positioning and event-related content (pre, during, post).
Reporting & Brand Discipline
- Deliver concise monthly performance summaries.
- Maintain website and core decks in line with current positioning.
- Ensure institutional tone and visual consistency across all materials.
Candidate ProfileExperience (2–4 Years Full-Time)
Applicants should have B2B marketing experience in at least one of:
- Investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or professional services
- B2B SaaS (fintech, infrastructure, data platforms)
- Crypto / digital asset ecosystems (infrastructure, institutional, B2B rather than retail, exchange or token/tge focussed)
You must have owned a publishing cadence — not just contributed to one.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional written English.
- Strong formatting and presentation standards.
- High attention to detail.
- Structured thinker who can prioritise independently.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical enough to track performance and iterate.
- Institutional tone — credible, sharp, non-hype.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with digital assets.
- Experience with podcasts or webinars.
- Experience coordinating designers or agencies.
- Additional European languages.
Compensation & Structure
- $60,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus
- Fully remote (Europe)
- Direct exposure to founders and global clients
This role is positioned as a high-ownership Marketing Manager hire with a clear path toward Marketing Lead as the function scales.
