Restructuring clients typically have failed to achieve strategic plans and goals, and, often, have limited capital and time to build and execute a new strategic and financial plan.

Our projects are all highly structured and use teams made up of remote consultants who are domain experts. Consultants are compensated based on expertise and experience. Quire pays a premium of 25% - 40% above market on average to ensure the best talent.

Quire is seeking a dynamic, driven, and impeccably professional Executive Projects Assistant to serve as an administrative coordinator for our most senior executives and support our client engagement teams, in addition to our project managers. This critical role not only requires the discipline to maintain a high level of discretion but also exemplary people and communication skills to nurture relationships within the company and with our high-profile clients. This versatile position requires flexibility, a willingness to adapt and grow, and the capacity to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast based environment.

We will pay above-market compensation to an individual who maintains the highest standards, has consummate professional expertise, and has mastered the use of AI technologies to maximize efficiency. 

All compensation is marked-to-market using third-party salary and contractor platforms. If you are more experienced or efficient than average, Quire will pay a material premium to market rates. Pay for this role is targeted at $25/hr+Qualifications:

·      Executive Savvy: Proven experience in executive support, administration, or consulting, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·      Tech Fluency: Skilled in using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

·      Adaptability and Efficiency: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and multitask effectively.

·      Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to both sharing and gathering information.

·      Growth Mindset: A natural predisposition to continuously strive to improve both personally and professionally with the ability to receive and learn from constructive criticism.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Recruitment & Administrative Support: Manage sensitive records and support recruiting & project management teams - strong project coordination experience and the ability to maneuver through various projects and timelines at a time.

·      Secretarial Duties: Handle multiple company email accounts and manage professional correspondences. Master of Microsoft Office and exceptional experience in PowerPoint.

·      Research Initiatives: Engage in continuous learning and research to stay ahead of industry trends.

·      Strategic Execution: Liaise with top executives to clarify and execute strategic development activities, ensuring precision in task completion and adherence to deadlines.

·      Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in all processes, ensuring thoroughness and timely completion of tasks; adhering to tight project deadlines and swift turnarounds. Experience in proofreading, internal communications, and project coordination.
