promd is an independent creative agency based in Italy and working worldwide. We specialize in strategic communication and content production, helping brands connect with their audience through authentic stories and impactful campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and increase the number of proposals we send out. The ideal candidate is an independent professional who excels at building B2B relationships and engaging with key decision-makers in marketing and communications.

This is a part-time, commission-based role that offers flexibility, making it perfect for someone who wants to collaborate with a dynamic creative agency while working on their own schedule.

We are based in Italy but work on international projects. This freelance role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential corporate clients in sectors such as art, fashion, and tech.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to marketing directors, brand managers, and communication leads to introduce promd’s services (video production, creative campaigns, social media management).
  • Automation & Tools: Set up and manage outreach automation workflows (LinkedIn/email) to increase efficiency and scale prospecting activities.
  • Proposal Preparation & Negotiation: Support the drafting of proposals, align with our Creative Director for technical details, and help manage negotiations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Familiarity with the communication, marketing, or creative industries is a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role. We offer a competitive commission for every successfully closed and paid project. There is no fixed salary or daily work requirement. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance. Ideal for someone looking for a side hustle or ready to leverage their existing network.
