Marketing Associate

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate for a leading multi-national BioPharma client._This is an initial 12 months contract position, offering remote work.__Hourly rate is £18.56 ph PAYE or £24.69 ph Umbrella._Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of assigned brand responsibilities, manages the planning, execution & analysis of key programmes/projects and campaigns.
• Responsible for the delivery of brand tactical plans and measurement.
• Leverages brand drivers and understands key metrics through proactive reading of KPIs to inform and shape marketing activity.
• Brand Ambassador, reinforces key messages, supports leadership efforts without direct authority
• Contributes towards positive cross functional working relationships and leverages these as needed to deliver on brand objectives

Education/Experience

• University degree or higher education qualification(s) preferably in marketing, business studies, IT or a technology / media related discipline.
• Demonstrable working knowledge and experience (client/agency or inhouse) of:
• Design, planning & delivery of multichannel and / or digital marketing campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns including campaign management system(s)
• Data Analysis – experience of measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs
• Project management
• Fully fluent in industry regulatory framework/code of practice
• Experience implementing CRM-driven marketing campaign automation process & platforms would be advantageous
• Specialised Therapeutic Area knowledge would be advantageous
• Experience as a customer facing sales/local access/account manager role would be advantageous
