We are currently hiring an HRIS Analyst – Remote!What will you do in this role?

  • Maintain and optimize UKG, managing system configurations, security settings, and user access.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring stability, functionality, and minimal downtime.
  • Lead testing for system updates, patches, and enhancements, validating functionality and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange between UKG and other HR systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed.
  • Configure workflows and automation to improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR and leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to HR teams, payroll, and business users, ensuring effective system use.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HRIS system administration, configuration, and data analysis required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with UKG system administration required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report generation required; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as benefits, payroll, and talent management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
