Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an English Speaking Personal Assistant with a valid driver's license. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day operations, all while ensuring effective communication in English. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Perform various errands and transportation responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Be able to travel
