ResponsibilitiesKey Requirements / Skills:

• Hands-on experience of 6+ years with CX One environment
• Expertise in IVRO, IVRA, Telephony, and Networking
• Experience with ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) configuration
• Familiarity with WFM (Workforce Management), including setting up Telephony and ACD
• Must have working experience across all components within CX One NICECertifications:

• CX One Certification with NICE is required

Qualifications:

• Communication and networking skills with English at a high level as the working language
• Experience in mapping and improving business processes or working methods
• Been part of an Agile team
• Experience in customer-facing positions
• Ability to think logically and analytically with a sharp eye for detail
• Working on a virtual, globally distributed team
