Business Analyst (Remote)

Seeking a Business Analyst with a strong financial background to support financial operations, data analysis, and business strategy. This role will focus on financial reporting, forecasting, and process optimization to drive business decisions and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, metrics, and forecasts.
• Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain financial data accuracy.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate across teams to improve financial and operational processes.
• Forecasting & Modeling: Assist in financial projections and long-term strategy.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights clearly to non-financial teams.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis, forecasting, or business analysis.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel (advanced), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), financial reporting tools, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desired:

• Experience in the energy/utilities sector is a plus.
