About the Role
You understand what resonates with users in each country and can choose the right channels to drive brand awareness, trust, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall brand and marketing strategy across Germany, Netherlands, and France.
- Plan, create, and manage localized campaigns and content in multiple languages (English, French, German, Dutch).
- Develop consistent brand messaging focused on trust, transparency, and user education.
- Oversee public relations, social media, and community engagement across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Plan and execute offline events, webinars, and educational initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, optimizing CAC and ROI continuously.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of European consumer behavior and cross-cultural communication.
- Excellent storytelling, content strategy, and social media management skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one of French, German, or Dutch.
- Basic understanding of MiCA, GDPR, and compliance-aligned communication.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience launching or localizing brands in France, Germany, or the Netherlands.
- Experience with Web3 or crypto communities, influencer partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns tailored for European audiences.
