Job Title: Finance Data Migration & Transformation Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organised and self-driven Finance Data Migration & Transformation Analyst with 5–8 years of relevant experience to support a critical finance systems transformation initiative. One of our business units is transitioning from core financial systems (FinancialForce and NetSuite) to Mosaic.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring that financial and project data is accurately extracted, transformed, validated, and prepared for successful migration into Mosaic. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional project team, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, auditable, and well-documented data migration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Migration & Transformation
• Lead the extraction of financial and project data from source systems, including FinancialForce and NetSuite.
• Perform complex data transformations and structure datasets into Mosaic-ready formats in line with implementation requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and traceability throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Develop, own, and maintain detailed, auditable data schedules, reconciliations, and migration documentation.
• Project Support & Stakeholder Engagement
• Own assigned data migration and transformation workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to coordinate data inputs, validations, sign-offs, and issue resolution.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and mitigation actions.
• Translate complex data and process requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for wider project teams.
