National Institute for Trial AdvocacyMarketing CoordinatorReports to: Director of Strategic Marketing Department: Marketing FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt with benefits Revised: April 2025 Hiring Range: Minimum to Mid: $21/Hour to $26.50/hour, based on experience Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, supporting brand consistency and audience engagement across email, social media, digital, and print platforms. This role demands a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, is proficient in marketing tools and technologies, and plays a critical role in driving awareness, lead generation, and campaign performance in alignment with organizational goals. Essential ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support brand awareness, market penetration, and sales objectives
- Serve as primary liaison with third-party digital marketing vendors to prepare and deploy online advertising across social media platforms and manage Google AdWords campaigns
- Oversee email marketing initiatives including:
- Ability to lead and coordinate multi-phase campaigns from concept through execution and analysis
- Managing and maintaining the email marketing calendar
- Creating and sending targeted emails to segmented marketing lists
- Building trigger campaigns and supporting lead generation efforts for the sales team
- Analyze performance metrics for all digital marketing efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Maintain and update NITA’s eCommerce platform to ensure accurate product listings, optimize user experience
Content & Brand Management
- Collaborate with the Senior Content Editor to create and deploy engaging content across all digital platforms
- Maintain NITA's social media channels with brand-consistent messaging and proactively identify new opportunities to connect with target audiences
- Ensure all website content is accurate, properly positioned, and effectively communicates NITA's value proposition
- Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) in collaboration with the Content Editor, Program Coordinators, Program Directors, and design team
Database & Compliance Management
- Maintain data integrity within NITA's client database
- Ensure compliance with international anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Research and validate potential new marketing list sources and advertising opportunities
- Provide administrative support for marketing department operations and assist with special projects as needed
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant marketing experience
Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Pardot preferred)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
- HTML fundamentals and understanding of digital marketing best practices

- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods
