Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in Superyacht recruitment. We are looking for a full-time, fully remote Business Development Executive. We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent individual who has a proven track record of driving results.

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Following up and convert warm leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Willingness to travel on the occasion to meet with clients and attend industry events.

The successful Business Development Executive:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Be organised, personable and self motivated
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Professionalism and integrity in all interactions and dealings.
  • Ideally has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field however, not essential.
