Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of laboratory projects and services within the Bio/Pharma industry. This role requires a strong background in lab operations, technology integration, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience collaborating across scientific, technical, and business teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of laboratory implementations, including new testing platforms, automation tools, data systems, and compliance protocols.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Act as a primary liaison between scientists, lab managers, quality/regulatory teams, external vendors, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and clear communication.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure laboratory processes and systems meet industry standards, GxP, and FDA/EMA regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across laboratory operations.
• Lead change management and training to support adoption of new tools, workflows, and technologies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all lab-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 8–10 years of project/program management experience, with proven success in customer-facing and business process roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing laboratory implementations or technology deployments in Bio/Pharma environments.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, change management, and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%; some international travel may be required.
