Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales activities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The role requires daily communication with potential clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Apollo, and other outbound channels.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold email, calls, and social DMs to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, readiness, and fit for AI automation.
  • Book strategy calls and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume and conversion metrics.
  • Track all communication and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize scripts, messaging, and targeting.
  • Learn and stay current on AI trends, automation tools, and industry use cases.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Business Development
  • 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Compensation Structure

  • Initial Phase: 100% commission-based (during the probation period).
  • Full Hire: Base salary + performance-based commission after consistent results and meeting onboarding targets.
  • Uncapped commissions with bonuses for high-performing reps.
