Key Responsibilities

• Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, using Mosaic’s project management methodology and best practices.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, risk logs, and resource cost estimates.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to understand impacted processes, gather business and technical requirements, and implement effective solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to ensure project success, and monitor post-project success criteria.
• Issue Resolution: Actively identify and resolve issues with the project team to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
• Risk and Change Management: Proactively escalate risks, barriers, and scope changes to key stakeholders, while working to minimize disruptions.
• Reporting & Audits: Ensure timely completion of all required reports and audits, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
• Best Practices Education: Help educate the project team on Mosaic’s project management best practices and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
