About the Role
We've partnered exclusively with a leading provider of advanced power quality solutions, delivering bespoke equipment and comprehensive services to industrial and commercial clients across the UK.
As the energy sector transitions toward sustainable and efficient power systems, they're looking to appoint a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, drive high-value opportunities, and expand their market presence in the power quality industry. This role can be fully remote within the UK.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical contractors, panel builders, and end users, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders in the HV/LV contractor and panel builder markets to secure long-term partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, leveraging market insights to deliver tailored power quality solutions.
- Lead the preparation of complex quotes, proposals, and tenders, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and client alignment.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team, contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy and market positioning.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior technical sales or business development role, ideally within the power quality or electrical engineering sector.
- Proven track record of securing high-value contracts with HV/LV contractors, panel builders, or similar stakeholders in the UK market.
- Strong understanding of 3-phase electricity principles and power quality solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
The salary on offer is up to £85,000 depending on experience with exceptional performance incentives (which could be 100% of annual salary)
