Overview:

Milestone is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js and a strong background in AI-related technologies. This fully remote position is ideal for a developer based in the Pacific or Central time zones who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust applications that integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into modern pharma experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable full stack applications using React.js and backend technologies
• Integrate AI/ML features into front-end and backend systems using modern AI frameworks and APIs
• Collaborate with data scientists, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define system architecture and user experiences
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with a strong emphasis on React.js
• Demonstrated experience integrating or developing AI/ML-driven features (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
• Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), or equivalent
• Experience with AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with prompt engineering and/or AI model fine-tuning
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
• Previous work on SaaS, enterprise, or AI-powered applications
