Senior Project Manager

Role:

• Lead and manage Agile software development and cyber security projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring successful delivery.
• Utilize JIRA for Agile project tracking, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting.
• Leverage GitHub for repository management, CI/CD pipeline oversight, and code collaboration.
• Collaborate with cyber security teams to implement best practices and ensure secure software development.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and security engineers to define requirements and drive execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
• Optimize project workflows using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health, KPIs, and risk assessments.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Agile software and cyber security projects.
• Expertise in JIRA (custom workflows, dashboards, reporting, automation).
• Advanced GitHub skills (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, risk management, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
• Solid background in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work with C-level executives and technical teams to align project objectives.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Experience in cloud security, compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2, etc.), or vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI/ML projects and cybersecurity automation is a plus.
