The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director you will manage the finance team, prepare timely, accurate and insightful financial and management reports, act as first point of contact for Directors on finance matters, teams; manage finance systems, and deputise on routine tasks for the Finance Director in their absence; act as finance team representative on Transformational projects.
This is an exciting role to act as the number 2 in finance during a period of change in the charity.
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified accountant with a strong background in financial reporting
- Prior experience in a similar role within a third sector organisation or from practice/audit
- Comfortable working constructively with an array of executive level stakeholders
- Experience of using MS Business Central and/or experience of a systems implementation is a bonus
What's on offer?
Basic salary of c.£58,000-£60,000 plus good pension for a 12 month contract. A range of flexible benefits and a largely remote working approach. We are open to considering those in different parts of the UK.
