Role Overview We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time, fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who excels at working with structured data, values accuracy, and can manage digital tasks independently while meeting deadlines. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining dataacross Loyal To Cumbria’s platforms. Your work will play a key role in supporting data integrity, platform performance, and operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Management

  • Accurately enter and update digital data across internal systems
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and correct formatting
  • Follow established data entry standards and procedures

Data Verification & Quality Control

  • Review data for accuracy, relevance, and completeness
  • Identify and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated information
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and reliability

System & Records Support

  • Work within databases, spreadsheets, and content management systems
  • Support routine data audits, cleanups, and updates
  • Organize digital records for efficient retrieval and reporting

Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify data requirements
  • Report discrepancies, issues, or missing information
  • Support additional data-related or administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
