Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assets Loan Writer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will be provided converted leads and handle loan processing tasks, including follow up and coordinating with credit team, assessing loan applications, preparing loan documentation, verifying compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, and liaising with clients to gather required information. You will work closely with the client, credit team and financial institutions to ensure successful approvals and maintain an efficient and seamless loan processing pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Loan Assessment, Loan Processing, and Financial Documentation Preparation
• Strong Client Communication, Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance, Lending Policies, and Financial Guidelines
• Experience in using FinTech Tools and Industry-Standard Financial Software
• Prior experience in the financial or lending industry is an advantage
