£45,000 plus bonus

We are working with a lovely client within the sport/ social impact/ child development space.

They are a small but growing business and have an exciting opportunity for an experience data analyst to join their team.

Working closely with CEO, finance team, operations and business development, you will be able to interpret internal and external data sources to ensure growth and provide recommendations and strategic direction for the business.

Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for analysing data to drive growth, participation and revenue
• Translate insights into actionable tangible outputs for the business to deliver
• Look at the effect of promotions/ activities to drive participation and analyse long term effectiveness of promotions and campaigns on longer term growth and retention
• Compare existing initiatives and success to use insights to drive growth
• Provide business with insights on loyalty/ membership metrics including average lifetime, revenue per member

Skills Required

• Proven success in a data analytics role using internal and external data sources to effectively grow a membership base, loyalty and drive revenue
• Experience within a financial setting/ background
• Ability to communicate data and results and their meaning to the wider teams and business
• Ability to translate complicated data into actionable insights
• Proactive and driven to look for new opportunities and strategies based on insights and data sets
• Be a team player, working with a wider team on sharing ideas and solutions
• Interest in a business with social impact or have a genuine interest in child development
