We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on fixed-term contract up until June 2025 to support key initiatives. Job Description You will be:

• Highly collaborative and involves working within a passionate digital cross-functional team which includes Product Management, Engineering and Product Designers.
• Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude – we're looking for someone who can propose, document, and deliver.
• Defining concise, end-to-end user stories to drive both frontend and backend development in an agile environment.
• As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum, covering detailed analysis, requirements elicitation, user story creation/acceptance criteria and As-Is/To-Be states.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong blend of technical and business BA skills.
• Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle, with a focus on lending-specific requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams (Engineering, Product, Design, QA) in remote and on-site settings.
• Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Awareness of digital design and backend connectivity.
• BAU support, including helpdesk ticket resolution (desirable).
