Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service - Spanish professional. The position involves providing exceptional customer support in Portuguese by handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing customer interactions via email and other communication channels while maintaining excellent service standards and professionalism. Additionally, the individual will work to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Customer Experience and Phone Etiquette
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication)
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage customer inquiries with empathy
  • Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
  • Previous work experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Can work 1 AM TO 10 AM PHILIPPINE TIME
