As HRIS Super User Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption, use, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across the division. You will act as the main liaison between HR, IT, and end-users, providing system expertise, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure effective usage and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and IT teams to define divisional system requirements, build configurations, and customize settings to meet business needs.
  • Lead divisional testing efforts to ensure system functionality, resolve issues, and support smooth data migration and integration.
  • Prepare training materials, deliver workshops, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure effective adoption of HRIS across all user groups.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making, compliance, and business planning.
  • Oversee divisional data accuracy and system maintenance, ensuring configurations reflect organizational changes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for user queries, resolve issues, and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for HRIS enhancements, process improvements, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience as an HRIS key user or super user, preferably with UKG or similar systems in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support and train diverse user groups.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent English (other regional languages an advantage).
