Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing programs consisting of multiple related projects
• Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure alignment with goals and timelines
• Track program-level milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Maintain documentation and reporting across projects
• Support stakeholder communication and facilitate regular status updates
• Help identify blockers and collaborate on solutions
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in processes and reporting

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in project or program coordination, operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear and proactive communication in English
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
