We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our remote project teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in organizing and executing project plans
• Track task progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Assist in scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and following up on action items
• Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams and stakeholders
• Help identify and resolve minor project issues or roadblocks

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administration, or support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira)
• Clear communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
