Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results. This role focuses on customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
You will develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, display networks, affiliate programs, and other digital advertising channels. The role involves setting campaign objectives, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment.
A key responsibility is analyzing customer behavior, marketing performance data, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. You will conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.
This position also involves collaborating with creative, content, product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. You will leverage insights and data to guide strategic decisions and improve overall marketing performance.

Qualifications
